Lexy Rose is a Colorado native who began teaching exercise and personal training in 2008. Lexy received her Masters Degree from Columbia University for Exercise Physiology. Lexy has had the pleasure of teaching exercise within the clinical setting, commercial gyms, schools, and country clubs. In 2017 Lexy began her own business StretchWorks, where she practices Fascial Stretch Therapy. Lexy is also a freelance writer for Healthline, and writes about how exercise affects hormonal health, human physiology, and Covid recovery. “I truly believe movement is medicine, and that it’s not just the exercise(s) you do, but instead the quality of movement and intent that makes it beneficial and therapeutic”. Lexy loves to be outside with her family, make and take in art of all forms, and is elated to be a part of the UpSwell uprising!
