Katrina grew up immersed in health and wellness. As a competitive gymnast to a college athlete, she witnessed the positive impact lifestyle choices had on her body and energy levels. After graduating from CU Boulder, she felt empowered to follow a career path where she could educate and motivate others to feel good on the inside. In 2012, she started to study functional medicine, nutrition and integrative physiology. Katrina completed her Yoga Training in 2015 & began working with clients in 2018 after graduating from Integrative Institute of Nutrition. She has since continued to expand her knowledge and became an ACE Personal Trainer "My goal is to empower, educate and guide you- whether that is on your yoga mat or in a coaching session. I encourage you to carve out time for yourself to feel a sense of connectedness with your community! When I am not with clients or teaching, you can find me on the mountain skiing, cooking, hiking, enjoying live music, traveling the world, or spending time with my dogs and loved ones."
