CLASS: SLIDE-BOARD POWER YOGA

Burn

This class integrates power vinyasa yoga and slide-board movement to train balance, coordination, stability, total body awareness and strength.

Details

Warm up with a traditional Sun A and Sun B yoga flow then transition to the slide-board for balance, cardio, and strength drills. Feel immediate results during a closing yoga flow and balancing series on the mat. Punctuate class with our signature moment of constructive rest.

Cardio

Set your own pace with a solo ride or slide session in our Cardio suite.

Details

Train at low-intensity for a longer period of time to maintain a healthy foundation, improve longevity and heart health, boost endurance and recovery.

CLASS: POWER VINYASA FLOW

Power

This class is a traditional power vinyasa flow incorporating breath work, body-weight strength, balance and flexibility.

Details

Warm up with a traditional Sun A and Sun B power yoga flow, build to a peak posture, then flow down to close class with our signature moment of constructive rest.

Power+ classes integrate self-myofascial release (SMR) techniques and tools into our power vinyasa flow to release and balance stuck tissue, enhance mobility, and prepare your body and mind for deeper flow and flexibility.

Environment:  Room warmed to 75-80 degrees

CLASS: YIN-YASA SLOW FLOW

Restore

This class combines the breath work and flow of vinyasa yoga with the pace and long holds of yin yoga to down-regulate and replenish the body and mind.

Details

Follow a light breath-to-movement flow, land in a restorative yin posture, and seal class with our signature moment of constructive rest.

Restore+ integrates self-myofascial release (SMR) techniques and tools into our yin-yasa slow flow to progressively release stuck tissue, free muscular tension, and prepare your body and mind to settle into stillness.

Plunge

Challenge your mind and body with a cold water immersion practice.

Details

Improve your mood. Boost energy and immunity. Reduce inflammation and muscle soreness. Improve mental endurance and clarity. Even reset your sleep cycle. Your plunge reservation also includes use of an infrared or traditional sauna for contrast therapy.
